Do you Lay-by?
Unfortunately due to the lack of storage space we are unable to offer a lay-by service.
Do you have parking facilities at your store?
Yes, we have a car park located at the back of the store which is accessible from both John Street and Murray Street.
There is also on street car parking on Argyle Street at the front of the store.
What time do you close on a Saturday?
On Saturdays, we open from 9.00am and close at 4.00pm.
During the week our hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm with a closing time of 7.00pm on Thursday evenings.
Do you sell items dedicated to special seasonal celebrations?
Yes we have a dedicated section in the store for our seasonal stock.
We cater for the following Seasonal events:
- Australia Day
- Back to School
- Valentine’s Day
- St Patrick’s Day
- Harmony Day
- Mother’s Day
- Father’s Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Celebrations
Do you open Pubic Holidays?
The store is closed on Public holidays.
Do you open on Sundays?
Throughout the year we are closed on Sundays. However, through the Christmas period from November to December we are also open on Sundays.
Pre-Christmas, our Sunday trading hours are from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Do you have eftpos facilities?
Yes we do have EFTPOS facilities.
We have a $5 minimum spend on all transactions, with the exception of American Express, which has a minimum of $50 (with no additional surcharge)
Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds of the goods in accordance with the ACCC guidelines.
However, if you change your mind and return your purchase in a resaleable condition with your proof of purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit/voucher in this circumstance.
How long do store credits/vouchers last?
Store credits/vouchers last for 12 months from date of receipt.
Do I have to use my store credit/voucher all in one go?
No, you can spend the amount of the store credit/voucher progressively throughout the duration of your voucher.
