Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please choose your product carefully, as we will not accept a request for refund or exchange for the reason of changing your mind.
In the case of you have received the wrong product or product is faulty, HQ Home Quarters Camden will offer you a refund or exchange, if the return item is unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be returned within 2-4 weeks to your chosen account or credit card. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you haven’t received a refund within that period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING ONLINE
Each customer is responsible for the cost of returning items back to HQ Home Quarters Camden. If you are returning a faulty product, HQ Home Quarters Camden will arrange to refund your shipping costs after the product has been determined to be faulty in accordance with the Faulty Returns section. You must keep your receipt for postage and provide this for compensation when requested.
